If you would like to contact the City regarding having a wildfire mitigation plan created for your neighborhood, please email us! Additionally, view the Wildfire Resistant Plant List for SMFR District recommended by South Metro Fire Rescue for our area.

NEIGHBORHOOD WILDFIRE MITIGATION
The City of Castle Pines has partnered with South Metro Fire Rescue to develop neighborhood fire mitigation plans for each neighborhood in Castle Pines. The City of Castle Pines and South Metro Fire Rescue are working to finalize the mitigation plan for Forest Park, and have additionally begun plans for CPN 1 HOA and HOA2. We are working together to create mitigation plans for each neighborhood, which will eventually cover our entire community.
