We Are Open for Business

March 17, 2020 at 4:34 pm

The President, Governor, and Mayor Tera Radloff have all issued an emergency declaration. In addition, Mayor Radloff has asked our staff to transition from in-office support to online services.

The health of Castle Pines - including our staff, residents, businesses, and visitors – is critically important to us, so we will be following best practice advice from health experts to reduce contact and public gatherings.

For you, this means we are modifying how we work with you while addressing social distancing and keeping our commitment to maintaining the high level of service you have come to experience.

We are still open for business and servicing you, responding to calls, answering emails, processing business development applications, and accepting online payments. Click here to be redirected to our directory with a list of names, contact numbers, and emails.

Public Works ServicesThree Construction Workers Moving Concrete
As our administrative team transitions to virtually servicing you, our public works crew will be out working on your roads, streets, repairing potholes, repairing traffic signs, performing park maintenance, and if it snows, snow plows will be deployed.

You will also notice several contractors working around the City performing various operations and monitoring occurring within your streets.

If you would like to report an outage, pothole, or services, we have an online service dedicated to addressing those matters from the comfort of your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Click here to report a concern.

Please do not hesitate to report any right-of-way concerns, i.e. potholes, downed signs, traffic signal malfunctions through the City’s dedicated online service portal.
