Municipal Court:Â
Castle Pines Municipal Court is closed to public access until further notice. Staff is available online and responding to your needs.
If you were scheduled to attend court in April, your case has been rescheduled to May1, 2020. Click here for details on how the court is moving forward with proceedings.
Public Works Services
As our administrative team transitions to virtually servicing you, our public works crew will be out working on your roads, streets, repairing potholes, repairing traffic signs, performing park maintenance, and if it snows, snow plows will be deployed.
You will also notice several contractors working around the City performing various operations and monitoring occurring within your streets.
If you would like to report an outage, pothole, or services, we have an online service dedicated to addressing those matters from the comfort of your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Click here to report a concern.
Please do not hesitate to report any right-of-way concerns, i.e. potholes, downed signs, traffic signal malfunctions through the City’s dedicated online service portal.

During this mandated time of social distancing, our staff will continue to conduct field inspections, with a little distance. To limit potential social spreading of COVID-19, we will be inspecting the site without any additional individuals, allow us to take pictures, when required, and give us time to communicate with you electronically. In many cases this has been our standard practice, so you will not experience any delays. Building inspections requests made before 4 pm will be processed the following business day.
