The combined Castle Pines Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill vacancies. The Commission is a seven-member board comprised of Castle Pines residents and plays a direct role in shaping how the City evolves. The combined board meets on the 4th Thursday of each month.
The Commission deliberates and makes recommendations to the City Council on land-use applications, proposed long-range policy planning documents, and zoning regulations. The primary responsibility of the Board of Adjustment is to hold public hearings on variance requests and consider appeals to interpretations made by City officials.
Interested candidates should complete and submit an application by Thursday, December 10 at 4:30 p.m.
