Hello 2020! As the new year begins, we’re not missing a beat and will continue the momentum and enthusiasm you've experienced over the last two years.
The combined team of your dedicated City Council and highly skilled City staff will continue the positive strides you expect. Together, we are committed to making informed decisions that positively impact us including improved roads, connected trails throughout all neighborhoods on the west and east sides in the City, evaluating a recreation center and improved indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities, and more experiences to connect and continue creating the community we all enjoy.
On the Council side, we are welcoming a new Council Member, Kevin Rants. I believe his military background and expertise as a chief administrative officer for the Colorado Department of Public Safety will bring a great perspective to our City Council.
I encourage you to join us this Tuesday, January 14th, when we will swear in the people you elected in November 2019, including Council Members Deborah Mulvey (District 1), Kevin Rants (District 2), and Tracy Engerman (District 3). The ceremony will take place at 5:30 p.m at City Hall, 360 Village Square Lane, Castle Pines, CO. 80108 in the event center.
