Electricity and Gas
Castle Pines residents are serviced by either Core Electric Cooperative (Formerly IREA) or Xcel Energy, depending on your location.

Water and Sewer
The Castle Pines North Metropolitan District provides water and sewer services to all residents and businesses located on the west side of I-25.

The Parker Water & Sanitation District provides water and sewer services to all residents and businesses located on the east side of I-25.

Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling services are provided by a variety of companies. We recommend residents consult their homeowners association or neighbors before choosing a trash hauler.
Telephone, Internet & Cable
Decisions about telephone, internet, and cable services are up to the homeowner. There are a variety of services to choose from in the area.

Public Safety
As your government, safety is our highest priority. The City Council is responsible for the life, safety, and welfare of the Castle Pines community.
The City Council contracts with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for Law enforcement services in Castle Pines. Additionally, Castle Pines is located within the South Metro Fire Rescue District and therefore South Metro Fire Rescue provides fire and emergency medical response to the community.
