Cancellations and Rescheduled Dates:
To ensure the well-being of our community and staff, Castle Pines Municipal Court is closed to the public effective immediately until further notice.

Cases will still be handled in a fair, just and impartial manner during this time with the same high standards of accountability, integrity and equity. The court will remain in communication with the community.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING CASES:

If you received a citation, the court is reviewing traffic cases and will mail plea bargains, to the address on record.

If your traffic ticket shows a point reduction and fine amount, the court has extended the time to accept this offer until the court date listed on your ticket. Click here to pay online.

MOTIONS, FILINGS, COURT REQUESTS, PROOF OF CLASS OR COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS:

If you have a motion, filing, court request, proof of completion of a class or community service hours, email your document to court@castlepinesgov.com, to mail them to Castle Pines Municipal Court, 360 Village Square Lane Suite B, Castle Pines, CO 80108. Electronic submissions are preferred.
