2019 Resurfacing Project Resumes
Construction at Crossing Circle and Briar Dale neighborhood begins
The 2019 Resurfacing Project delayed earlier this year due to weather, will resume this morning near the Crossing Circle and Briar Dale neighborhood.
Spring has sprung and the weather conditions necessary for placing the final layer of asphalt on these residential streets, delayed last year, has finally arrived.
Last week, notifications were distributed in the Crossing Circle area with schedule and parking restrictions information. In addition, digital traffic signs were placed near the entrance of the Crossing Circle and the Briar Dale communities and notifications were emailed to both communities.
Streets scheduled for construction between April 6 to 17 are listed below:
- Briar Dale Drive
- Briar Haven Court
- Briar Dale Drive
- Crossing Circle
Crews began working at Crossing Circle this morning and will move toward Briar Dale beginning April 6 to April 17.
The preparatory work includes roto-milling followed by placement of the final layer of asphalt. The goal is to complete everything by April 17; but as always, the schedule is based on weather.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve your roads.
