On October 24, 2019, at 6:00 pm at 360 Village Square Lane, Event Hall, Castle Pines, CO 80108, the City of Castle Pines Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on, and will consider a resolution approving, the following amendments to the Future Land Use Plan of the City of Castle Pines Comprehensive Plan:
- Â Re-designating the Land Use Category of land in the far northeast area of the City from Neighborhood Conservation/Open Space to Park.
- Â Re-designating the Land Use Category of land along the west side of the I-25 corridor: from Mixed-Use Neighborhood to Neighborhood Village and from Park to Mixed-Use Community.
- Â Corresponding amendments to the text and maps in the Comprehensive Plan as may be needed for consistency with the amendments described in 1 and 2.
