Castle Pines Residents Input Needed
Beginning this Wednesday, July 29th, the Mayor and City Council will be conducting a survey of registered voters in Castle Pines on three very important tax measures that are being considered for the November 2020 ballot. No decisions on these measures have been made. City Council would simply like to understand voters’ opinion on each of these tax measures.
On Wednesday, July 29th and Thursday, July 30th, between 5:30 and 8 p.m., interviewers will attempt to reach as many voters as possible by calling them on their landline and/or cell phones. Those voters that are reached during this first attempt will complete the survey via telephone. It is important to know that the firm conducting the survey does not have every voter’s phone number.
On the afternoon of Friday, July 31st, voters that were not interviewed by telephone will have the opportunity to participate in the survey by taking it online. A link to the survey will be available on the City’s homepage at https://www.staging.castlepinesco.gov/ and some residents will receive a text and/or email with a link to take the online survey.
All Castle Pines voters are encouraged to complete the survey by Thursday morning, August 6th.
Your opinions regarding these tax measures are extremely important to us. We hope you will join us in our pursuit to make our community reflect our resident’s priorities.
For more information regarding the survey or other matters, please email information@staging.castlepinesco.gov or call 303-705-0200. We look forward to hearing from you.

Castle Pines is evolving! As we embrace this evolution, we want to leverage new opportunities to develop our community into a place where you can live, work, and play.
You are the key to the City’s evolution. On June 15 we emailed our newsletter subscribers information about some upcoming surveys. The surveys cover two topics: recreation center amenities and transportation upgrades.
On June 17 we emailed our newsletter subscribers and posted the first of the two surveys across our social media platforms. Your voice matters and we want to learn more about your interests.
The button above will redirect you to the first survey. A second survey will be sent later in the summer asking for your feedback on how the City should plan for and fund resident priorities. The recreation center survey is intended to refine and update the information from the 2017 Parks and Recreation Master Plan to ensure we have the most accurate definition of what a recreation center means to you.
We look forward to learning more about your interests in how Castle Pines evolves.
