Municipal Court
Castle Pines Municipal Court has jurisdiction over the violation of City ordinances. This court handles traffic, parking, animal and misdemeanor criminal offenses that have occurred within the city limits of Castle Pines. Some violations require an appearance in court, while others may be resolved by paying a fine instead of appearing. Many traffic violations are payable prior to court, but most criminal violations require an appearance in court before a judge.

Cancellations and Rescheduled Dates:
To ensure the well-being of our community and staff, Castle Pines Municipal Court is closed to the public effective immediately until further notice.
Cases will still be handled in a fair, just and impartial manner during this time with the same high standards of accountability, integrity and equity. The court will remain in communication with the community.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING CASES:
The court is reviewing traffic cases and will mail plea bargains, to the address on record.
If your traffic ticket shows a point reduction and fine amount, the court has extended the time to accept this offer until the court date listed on your ticket. Click here to pay your ticket online.
