Welcome to the City’s online permitting portal, SmartGov! Our new digital system is replacing paper trails and emails, while making it easier for you to apply for Planning/Land Use and Public Works permits. You may also view the status of your permit and make payments through SmartGov.

***Please note that Building Permits are NOT submitted or reviewed through SmartGov.***
