Approximately 150 building permits have been issued for new homes so far this year.
- The Canyons: Construction on the east side of I-25 is moving quickly. There are three builders now constructing homes - Shea, KB, and Infinity. So far, 20 homes are under construction, and model homes are set to open in September. Also set to open in September is the covered bridge. The goal is to have residents living in homes by the end of the year. Finally, all of the initial collector streets have been paved, and construction has begun on the local road network.
- Castle Valley: Lennar and Meritage Homes are the builders in Castle Valley. Approximately 200 of the planned 374 housing units have been permitted or constructed in this neighborhood. Residents can expect continued home construction, road paving, utility infrastructure and additional landscaping to be added over the next few months.
- Castle Pines Town Center: Century Communities and TaylorMorrison are the builders in the Castle Pines Town Center. Approximately 32 of the planned 675 housing units have approved building permits and are under construction. Residents can expect continued home construction, road paving, utility infrastructure and additional landscaping to be added over the next few months.
