Help shape the future of Castle Pines! The combined Castle Pines Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill several vacancies. The Commission is a seven-member board comprised of Castle Pines residents and plays a direct role in shaping how the City grows. The combined board meets on the 4th Thursday of each month in the evening.
The Commission deliberates and makes recommendations to the City Council on land-use applications, proposed long-range policy planning documents, and zoning regulations. The primary responsibility of the Board of Adjustment is to hold public hearings on variance requests and consider appeals to interpretations made by City officials.
Interested candidates should fill out an application and submit it by Friday, October 18 at 4:30 p.m. Applications can be dropped off at the City offices, faxed, mailed or emailed to tobi@staging.castlepinesco.gov. Learn more about the Planning Commission online.
