This month, residents can expect to see construction on the southwest corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Lagae Road. CP Commercial recently purchased the 10-acre of land, commonly referred to as the Lagae Family Parcel.
Since the City’s incorporation, the property has remained vacant. This will be the first time in nearly a decade the City of Castle Pines expects to see construction west of Interstate 25. Phase I construction efforts include grading, utility installation, roadway and sidewalk improvements. Although no additional construction is scheduled after Phase I, CP Commercial is actively marketing to attract retail, investors, and employers which ultimately results in spending dollars to the City of Castle Pines.
